Wholesale Partner Terms & Conditions

By becoming a RoxiRide Wholesale Partner, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale orders are subject to RoxiRide’s minimum order quantity (MOQ).
  • Wholesale pricing is available only for approved wholesale partners.
  • Prices may vary depending on order quantity and may be updated when necessary.
  • Wholesale products are subject to stock availability.

2. Payment

  • Orders must be paid according to the payment terms confirmed by RoxiRide before dispatch.
  • An order will only be processed once the required payment has been received.
  • Any applicable delivery or additional charges will be communicated before dispatch.

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery charges are the responsibility of the wholesale partner unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on location, order size, and courier availability.
  • Once the order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by the courier are outside RoxiRide’s direct control.

4. Product Inspection

  • Every scooter is checked before dispatch.
  • Wholesale partners are encouraged to inspect the products immediately upon receiving the shipment.
  • Any visible damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported to RoxiRide within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable once delivered unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect or an incorrect product was supplied.
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition where a return or exchange is approved.
  • Returns or exchanges are subject to verification and approval by RoxiRide.

6. Resale

  • Wholesale partners are free to resell RoxiRide products through their own approved retail channels.
  • Partners must not make false, misleading, or unverified claims about RoxiRide products.
  • RoxiRide branding, product information, images, and marketing materials should not be altered in a way that misrepresents the product.

7. Product Pricing

  • Wholesale partners may set their own resale prices; however, RoxiRide may provide suggested retail pricing to help maintain consistent market positioning.
  • Wholesale pricing must not be publicly advertised as the standard retail price of RoxiRide products.

8. Product Availability & Changes

  • RoxiRide reserves the right to modify product specifications, colors, packaging, accessories, or pricing when necessary.
  • Partners will be informed of significant changes affecting confirmed orders whenever possible.

9. Partner Responsibility

  • Wholesale partners are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
  • Partners are responsible for properly storing and handling products after delivery.
  • RoxiRide is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, handling, assembly, or misuse after delivery.

10. Agreement & Termination

  • RoxiRide reserves the right to refuse or discontinue wholesale partnerships in cases of fraud, misuse of the brand, repeated payment issues, or violation of these terms.
  • RoxiRide may update these terms and conditions from time to time.
