Welcome to the RoxiRide Affiliate Program. These terms explain the rules and responsibilities of our affiliate partners.

The RoxiRide Affiliate Program allows approved partners to promote RoxiRide products and earn a commission on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate link or code.
Affiliate applications are subject to approval by RoxiRide.
RoxiRide reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

Affiliates must use their assigned affiliate links, codes, or promotional materials when promoting RoxiRide products.
Affiliates may promote RoxiRide through approved channels such as social media, websites, blogs, or other legitimate marketing platforms.
Affiliates must provide honest and accurate information about RoxiRide products.

Affiliates must not:

Make false, misleading, or unverified claims about RoxiRide products.
Use spam, fake accounts, bots, or automated traffic to generate sales.
Use paid advertising containing the RoxiRide brand name without prior approval.
Create websites, social media accounts, or advertisements that falsely appear to be official RoxiRide channels.
Manipulate clicks, orders, or affiliate tracking.
Use fraudulent methods to generate commissions.
Purchase products through their own affiliate link for the purpose of earning a commission, unless specifically approved by RoxiRide.

Affiliates earn commission only on eligible and successfully completed sales attributed to their affiliate link or code.
Commission rates may vary and may be changed by RoxiRide with notice.
Cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, or disputed orders are not eligible for commission.
Commission attribution is subject to the affiliate tracking system used by RoxiRide.

Commissions will be reviewed before payment.
Payments will be made according to RoxiRide's stated payout schedule and minimum payout threshold.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
RoxiRide may withhold or reverse commissions associated with fraudulent, cancelled, returned, or otherwise ineligible orders.

Affiliates may use RoxiRide-approved logos, product images, videos, and promotional materials for legitimate affiliate marketing.
RoxiRide branding must not be altered or used in a way that suggests the affiliate is the official owner or representative of RoxiRide.
RoxiRide may request the removal or modification of any promotional content that does not meet brand guidelines.

Affiliates should clearly disclose their relationship with RoxiRide when promoting products where required by applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies.

RoxiRide may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, damages the RoxiRide brand, or uses prohibited marketing methods.
Any unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent or ineligible activity may be withheld.
Upon termination, affiliates must stop using RoxiRide affiliate links, promotional materials, and branding.

RoxiRide reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout terms, program rules, or other affiliate conditions.
Significant changes may be communicated to active affiliates.
